Project description:The Document management system is a web-based platform designed to facilitate internal document exchange. Currently, this web system is actively used by the staff of the Writers’ Union of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Project capabilities:
A mechanism for entering information about documents received by the organization and ensuring their execution was developed;
The ability to issue decisions for each document and identify the team of executors;
Control over the document processing workflow;
Online identification of overdue documents and responsible executors;
Archiving of documents whose execution has been completed;
Monitoring the status of documents attached to managers and organizational departments;
Enabling simultaneous use of the web system by the central administration and regional units;
Providing separate information management for the central administration and regional units;
Use of an “Administrator” control panel for system management by administrators;
And other features.
