Using the Davaktiv Finans information system, state asset purchase and sale agreements are generated entirely electronically. Expenditure data on the Fund's monthly expenditure breakdown will be generated electronically, and real-time reporting and analysis tools will be created. Furthermore, accounting and reporting information on revenue from the sale of state assets has been generated 100% electronically.

The main goals and objectives of creating an information system are:

· Maintaining records of the fund’s income and expenses, entering sales and purchase agreements into the information system, and creating a register;

· Generation of reports on accounts receivable and payable under sales and purchase agreements;

· Formation of monthly, quarterly and annual revenue forecasts in accordance with sales and purchase agreements;

· Increase the transparency of the processes carried out in the agency’s work for stakeholders;

· Electronic filing of claims in the judicial system for the collection of overdue debts, accrued penalties and fines, as well as for the termination of the purchase and sale agreement;

· Preventing various unjustified expenses, and most importantly, corruption, by creating broad opportunities for citizen and entrepreneur participation through openness and transparency.

Technologies used: Database – Oracle, backend – Laravel PHP Framework, frontend – Vue.js, etc.
